Education:
He graduated from Cole R-1 in Russellville. After high school, Jack joined the US Army. In 1999, he received training in the Precision Measurement Equipment Lab Course at Keesler Air Force Base, MS. He completed the Primary Leadership Development Course at Camp Ashland, NE and later moved on to Officer Candidate School at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. He began his medical training in 2006 in the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston, TX and Fort Leonard Wood, MO. He received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Physician Assistant Studies degrees through the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, NE.
Biography:
The birth of his son, Grant, sparked an interest in the medical field. Jack enjoys spending time playing with Grant who is now 5. His hobbies include watching and playing sports, reading and exercising
