Emergency Medicine
The emergency department staff is committed to providing patients and families with comprehensive and caring treatment. Emergency care physicians are on-site 24 hours a day and staffed through ED Care Management Incorporated. Members of the nursing staff are trained in advance life support for both adult and pediatric patients. Many of the nursing staff have also received advanced professional certification, thus broadening the level of expertise available to patients and families using the emergency department’s services.
Callaway Community Hospital’s Emergency Services serves all of Callaway County patients via ambulance and the University of Missouri Staff for Life helicopter services.
